Using Physical disk instead of vDisk

Featured Replies

I have a solid state drive I use for my OS. I'm fairly certain QEMU can use either a disk image or a physical disk, I don't know of any VM program that can't, but there aren't any options I can see in UnRAID to use an entire physical disk and I did not see anything in the wiki.

How can I set a VM in UnRAID to use a physical disk?

Ah yes, thank you both. Anyone see it in the wiki? I didn't. If not, maybe I will add it after I do it so others can more easily find it.

I just happened to see that post I shared earlier today. The wiki seems a bit dated for the things I've read so far, I'm sure the update would be much appreciated.
