One of the drives shows as unformatted! Help!

I was running a parity check, building my parity drive, and suddenly the system is showing my shares are empty.  So i stopped the array, and restarted unRAID, brought it up, and now, one of my disks (disk2) is showing as unformatted.  I had 3 TB of data on it.

 

Is there a way to recover it?
