unRAID reports errors on drive, but SMART looks fine?

I recently noticed one of my drives had 1328 errors on unRAID's main status page. When I ran a SMART report, it looks fine AFAICT (attached). Anything to be concerned about?

    SMART report looks ok, but since there were errors in unRAID I would run an extended SMART test.

    Extended test completed without errors, there's still a chance it's a disk issue, but more likely it's a cable issue, check/replace cables/enclosure and keep an eye on it.
