Hi guys,

 

New to this stuff... I have issues with the Marvell driver included in the unRaid 6.1.9 build. I'd like to build the version from the Marvell site.

 

From what I read so far, I need Slackware 14.1 with all the development tools installed, probably in a Virtual Machine. Assuming I am successful in building the Marvel driver, does anyone have any experience in installing it in unRaid? I am fairly sure the Marvell driver included in unRaid is the culprit, as Ubuntu ran perfectly file in the same box for many years without any NIC drops or issues.

 

This is for the 64 Bit Marvell Yukon 88E8071 PCI-E Gigabit driver.

 

Would appreciate some help.
