USB Problems

Featured Replies

I'm having an interesting problem. Interesting as in one is intermittent and the other I'm not quite sure about:

Version 6.1.9

Windows 10 VM

Problem 1:

I have a keyboard that I am having problems with it working on occasions. I am uncertain if it is caused by my setup or if it is a problem with the keyboard itself. I had a similar problem with a mouse which I switched out, and it seems to work fine now. I have had problems with the inputs being detected before the OS loaded drivers, so that issue may be manifesting itself in another way here.

Some code may be of help, I tried putting it in quotes in hope it will shorten it.

Problem 2:

I have a USB to 3.5mm headphone jack I am having problems with as well. It is the one that came with the Logitech G430, part No. A-00061. Its hard to tell if it's even being detected.

In the mean time, I'll be swapping them around to see if that can temporarily solve the issue. It is weird as everything is detected, and check-marked, yet they don't work. It's beyond me.

Thanks in advance.

I would suggest that you attach the entire diagnostics file to your next post.  You can generate it by going to 'Tools'  >> 'Diagnostics'.
