New system, plan to purchase within the next day or two but have a few questions since I've not used unRaid before.  If you can poke any holes in this setup it would be appreciated.

Plan to Purchase:

Case- Fractal Node 804

CPU- E3-1245v5

RAM- 32 GB ECC (probably Crucial)

Motherboard- SuperMicro X11 debating on exact model.

Hard Drives-WD Purple 4 TB  Might start with just 1, eventually up to 4 disks.

Usable Spare Parts:

Graphics - Ati HD 6950  Might swap an R9 390 into this down the road.

Power Supply- FSP 450w

SSD for OS installs

Also have Keyboard/Mouse/Monitors

Will probably grab a decent usb thumb drive as well.

Main role of this machine will be as a Ubiquiti NVR (up to 10 cameras).  Plan is to use unRaid as the base/NAS, a docker or VM for Ubiquiti Unifi Video, and a VM for using this machine for desktop/light gaming.  Adding additional dockers/VMs for testing or whatever.

All of this seems doable to me, but wanted to make sure on details and narrow down the motherboard selection.  For example, to use this as a desktop machine, I can spin up a VM and pass the peripherals/GPU through directly to it, but does that include audio pass through or do I need to consider motherboard with onboard audio/discrete card? (update: ~99% sure the audio pass through will work)

I'm sure I'll have a few more questions but getting input on this would be very helpful.
