You parity disk has some signs of trouble:

Device Model:     ST32000542AS
Serial Number:    5XW2WJY2

  5 Reallocated_Sector_Ct   0x0033   070   070   036    Pre-fail  Always       -       1251
183 Runtime_Bad_Block       0x0032   099   099   000    Old_age   Always       -       1
187 Reported_Uncorrect      0x0032   089   089   000    Old_age   Always       -       11

I would replace it, but since there are no pending sectors, if you want you can try to re-use it, I would do an extended SMART test before the new parity sync, and only use it if it passes.

1251 reallocated sectors is a ticking timebomb. Personally, I'd replace drive 5XW2WJY2t immediately and not try to salvage it. There may be more than 1 issue here, but that drive still needs replaced.

You should be regularly checking the SMART values in unRAID webUI (by clicking the disks). Any value that shows up as orange or FAILING_NOW is likely a potential problem, either that drive's issues have been ignored or it has taken an immediate turn for the worse.
