blocklist for torrents

i know there are a few plugins and dockers for various torrent apps but do any of have blocklist support? or even, is there a separate plugin used to block ips? i usually use peerguardian on windows or something similar on the rare occasion i use a public tracker. i know i can just get a vpn.

Easier to use VPN.  I know it costs $ but so much more anonymous.

 

Blacklists will not block everything needed.

right, i know, my concern is not about being anonymous. i just don't want notices from my ISP and ipblocking has always been sufficient for that purpose for the last 10-15 years. but it doesn't look like there is an option for it at the moment.

The transmission docker of gfjardim supports blocklists. Just enter the web ui and select the preferences menu (wrench) and then peers. There you can add a blocklist url and download it.
