Help with some linux commands :)

Featured Replies

So been messing around with v6 for couple of weeks on and off and just bought a basic key as this machine can only support 2 hdd max. However after a reboot disk was unmountable so I had to format it again for some reason?

No big deal but I thought I would run from scratch, including usb.

However I would like some help with some linux commands to compress my plex library on my n40L (unRAID 5.05) using the plex plugin from plex.tv and extract to new machine (unRAID 6.1.9) using linuxserver.io plex plugin.

so from /mnt/user0/appdata/Library

to default location for linuxserver.io dir

I tried manually doing this from windows machine but it took hours and still didnt work. Maybe down to wrong paths.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it :)

For some help understanding the differences with the Linux command line, see the FAQ, unRAID Console Questions section.  But what you probably want to use is the mc command (Midnight Commander), a 2 pane commander-like file manager, or the Krusader or Dolphin Dockers.
