May 12, 201610 yr Hi - I'm not very well versed with reading SMART reports - so need some expert help in deciphering the attached report. It is a on a disk (Disk 4 in my array) that has been giving me continuous warnings recently and has multiple error values pop-up - however the disk is in the array and working fine (green light) as of now.
