I have a couple questions that are not apparent from the GIthub or the Screenshots.

 

What happens when one clicks on (for example) "Movies"? Does this take you to your regular Couchpotato home screen, or is its own CP interface? HTPC Manager shows its own interface for CP.

 

If it loads the native CP home screen, does this load it in a frame?

you can add whatever tabs you like as it loads all the urls in an iframe.
