SMTP Setup Stopped Working?

I'm having problems where the SMTP setup that was working is not working.  Here's my config

I've double-checked with 1and1 to make sure the 587/tls settings are still valid and that is correct.  This config works in my outlook.  Confused...

 

Any thoughts?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
