For now, i keep pressing my fysical on/off button.

However maybe its time to put the server to sleep or S5 off state.

Not sure if my mobo supports..

How trusty is this on version 6 of unraid?

What to do , to make sure its right?

Nobody? What addon , docker or plugin do i need to get sleep?

I swear my s3 sleep and it works flawlessly using the dynamic plugin.  But.. when moving from v5 to v6 I had no end of problems with it, in the end it turned out to be the driver for my onboard Realtek RTL8111E.  Buying an Intel NIC fixed my issues.  Give it a try and see how it goes.
