Parity errors found after upgrading parity disk

I have managed to pre-clear a new cache drive as it was failing and the new one seems to work OK.

Also replaced the parity, upgraded to 3TB and used the old 2TB parity to replace my disk 9 that was on the verge of failing as well. Now I did a parity check after the rebuild and it found 151 errors. Is this something to be worried about? What should I do about it. Any help is appreciated. Logs are attached.
