May 31, 201610 yr Community Expert Disk3 dropped offline so there no SMART report, powerdown, check cables, power up and post new diagnostics.
June 1, 201610 yr Author I powered down and ran an extended smart test on the drive. Everything passed and I added it back to the array. It had to rebuild but everything seems fine. Very strange
