docker web gui issues

i need help fault finding , since setting up my unraid server i have had issues with docker web gui site altho owncloud gui works i cant get anything else to work when i installed openvpn as it worked like i could open web gui but no it wont since reinstalling i tryed so many setting in docker edit settings

 

where do i start diagnosing this issue ?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
