IBM M1015 only sometimes recognized on boot with X8DTE-F mobo?

When it's running, it's fine. If there's a power outage or some little fingers find the power button, it's hit or miss if unRAID finds any HDDs when the system comes back up and a series of reboots, crossing of fingers and blood sacrifices are needed before everything shows up and I can start the array. I'm hoping there's someone out there with a similar system that can help me figure out if this is a compatibility issue or a defective card/mobo or something else entirely?

Is the card sitting all the way down in the socket?

One of my Dells H310 has a similar issue, it always works after first power up, no problem during reboots, but if i shutdown the server for a few seconds or minutes most times won't detect any disks, solution for mine, if I have to power down wait about 30 minutes before powering up again.

Heat expansion on the sockets, probably combined with cases that aren't perfectly manufactured and don't allow the card to sit 100% flat in the socket.

It's a problem with the controller, all others work fine, trading servers didn't help.

I believe the card is fully seated, unfortunately I discovered this after leaving the house for a 14 hour shift so I've been accessing the interface to perform reboots via proxy from my phone. When I get home I can attempt to confirm
