Can't find folders in sonarr or other docker apps

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am trying unraid and its amazing

But i have a few problem

1:I can't view the tv folder from sonarr or other container i made the folder when i pull container(Why),

I did try another folder but it can't show me the full size for my disk it just show me 2.7TB And i have 4.5TB  free space !!

2:Can i control unraid via FTP or is there any easy way to control ?

3:Can unraid os read windows 10 storage pool and is there any way to make my Win 10 to work in unraid VM?

My test setup is :

2 Disk

first is 3TB HDD as (1ST Disk)

Second is 1.5TB HDD as (2ND Disk)

1.  You would have to post your template volume mappings.

2.  There is a built in ftp transfer program or you can use one of the plugins or docker apps.  Not sure what you mean by control however since ftp means file transfer protocol

3.  You can run a Windows vm.  To access to storage spaces share from another computer you would mount the share with unassigned devices plugin

You would tell Sonarr to look in /media

2:I mean is there any way to move or delete folders from unraid ?

FTP will allow you to do that.  But be aware that unRaid is not designed to be directly placed on the internet, so a VPN would be your best method of accessing it

3:Can I move My Win 10 to unraid VM ? If yes then who

Many threads on this...

But your TV shows show up within the user share ala and subfolder from that Media/tvshow

No it did't show up

When you go into /media you are actually entering the folder /mnt/user/ala/Media/tvshow/

Also remember Linux is case sensitive (just in case that's an issue)

Sonarr said Path does not exist

By my question, I meant just over the network from your desktop

Yes i can see it from network in Win 10 but can't see it within unraid

/mnt/user/ala/Media/tvshow/  doesn't exist in the container, to access it you use /media

Do you have a folder called /mnt/user/ala/Media/tvshow/tv/

Because if /mnt/user/ala/Media/tvshow/ is empty then it'll be empty in the docker.

Create a folder in /tvshow/ and it'll show up in the docker.

But a folder that doesn't exist doesn't show up in the docker, which is what you've been looking for.
