emhttp segfault - when adding a new drive

I stop the array, then from the drop down increase from 12 drives to 13, which triggers a page reload and immediately segfaults and crashes out of emhttp.  most of the time it will not restart

What you attached is only a tail of the syslog, not enough for analysis.  But just from those few lines, something in your system was really corrupt.  It was apparently showing you sdl in the dropdown for Disk 12, letting you assign it.  But it was already assigned as the Cache drive.
