June 23, 201610 yr Please see Need help? Read me first!, and attach the diagnostics zip. What you attached is only a tail of the syslog, not enough for analysis. But just from those few lines, something in your system was really corrupt. It was apparently showing you sdl in the dropdown for Disk 12, letting you assign it. But it was already assigned as the Cache drive.
