i was looking at running my setup with on board gpu to 2 tvs in different rooms. I wanted two know if unraid would pass through separate hdmi and dvi ports from onboard gpu  or do i need to buy two gpu's.

You need two separate GPUs. I guess you would be running two different VM's?

You could technically use the same vm and display different things on two monitors. Same as  hooking up two displays to the same computer, setting it to extend display and showing different programs on each. Not sure what exactly you're trying to achieve though
