Recreating Docker From Scratch Not Working??

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

First, thanks for everyone's help getting me back online after my disk crisis. I'm currently rebuilding parity. I deleted my Docker with the goal of starting from scratch. I also deleted my appdata folder. I recreated the Docker image.

Anytime I try to download and install an app now, it basically says all the files Already Exists and then the installation completes. The newly created appdata/appname folder is empty and the app doesn't show up in the Docker menu.

How do I reinstall my apps from scratch?

Let me know if a log or diagnostics would help here and I'll reply immediately

Did you actually delete the docker.img or just change the size of it?

I deleted it via the Settings - Docker menu

The already exists is because containers share the same base image, so no need to repull that bit.  Nothing to worry about, just means you're saving some space.
