Running Nic with multiple ports

Featured Replies

I got a Intel with 4 gigabit ports and I am using only one port because as I understand it unraid cannot use the others. Binding is still experimental and theres no way for docket to use one of the other ports.

Is all this true, half true statements or are some  people using their multiple ports on their Nics

You can use multiple NICs and bonding works, though some modes need a switch that supports them. If you want to set up each interface separately you'll need to do it manually with unRAID version 6.1.9. The latest 6.2.0 beta allows you to configure multiple NICs from the webGUI.
