Cannot delete files from UnRAID shares

Hey guys, I know it's a bit of a basic one, but I'm having issues deleting from my Media share on UnRAID. Anytime I try to delete a file, I get the error: "You require permission from TOWER\nobody to make changes to this file". My permissions are set fine, and I have entered the necessary credentials yet it still continues to be a pain. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    What app created the file?

     

    Does your user have read write access to the share?
