July 4, 201610 yr I installed the Fix Common Problems plugin, which warned me that the Powerdown plugin wasn't installed. so I installed it. However, I'm looking all over for the Powerdown option somewhere on the WebGUI and I can't find it. Plus, the Power Off option disappeared from the bottom of the Main tab, which is what I used before after stopping the array. Are we supposed to only use the command line? What am I missing?

What am I missing? powerdown replaces the built-in script and there are no settings for it. If you need to ever run it by hand however from the command line To restart: powerdown -r No clue why the power button would have disappeared when installing powerdown, but a restart will probably fix it. To shutdown: powerdown
July 4, 201610 yr Community Expert Plus, the Power Off option disappeared from the bottom of the Main tab, which is what I used before after stopping the array. Are we supposed to only use the command line? What am I missing? The first thing is that you have to Stop the Array before the powerdown button appears. (Don't feel bad about that as I had to ask where it was a few years back!) Second thing is that you might want to install the "Dynamix System Buttons" plugin from the author of the new GUI. See the first post in this thread for all of his additions: http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=36543.0 It adds an one-click button to the header which allows for instant sleep, reboot, shutdown of the system or array start/stop. And there are several other plugins that you might find quite useful!
July 4, 201610 yr Author Thanks guys, now I got it. A while ago I installed the System Buttons plugins and used it to invoke S3 Sleep, but I didn't know about the "magic packet" and I couldn't wake it up. So I figured it didn't work and uninstalled. I'll try it again, thanks!
