After brownout, Docker tab, and Docker apps went missing. I did a reboot...

But it is still not present. 

 

I've tried disabling/ enabling Docker in settings, but still not there.  How do I fix this?

    Post your diagnostics.  But the docker.img file is most likely corrupt and will need to be deleted and recreated.  Them add your apps via CA's previous apps section and it will be like nothing happened
