Update Unraid from 6.1.9 to 6.2.0 rc2 -> VM won´t boot

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I update Unraid from 6.1.9 to 6.2.0 rc2 --> Everything works as it should

My only problem is i don´t get my Windows 8.1 VM to boot, it´s stuck in the UEFI Bootloader and it looks like the mapping is incorrect :(

Read the beta18 release notes for what need's to be changed when upgrading VMs from v6.1 to v6.2.

I have read that and i think i have done these steps  :-\

I set the VNC driver to "QXL" and boot into the UEFI Bootloader and then something is wrong with the mapping but i don´t know why. I am sure that i have done something wrong or skip something but i don´t know what  :'(

Type exit at the prompt, then choose boot devices (or similar) and then choose the efi misc device. After that it will hopefully boot  :)
