July 23, 20169 yr Hi, I moved my unRAID disks and USB key to a new machine. It boots fine and can see all my drives. The mistake I think I made was that I now only have 1 cache drive instead of 3, but there was no important data on the cache drives so I just formatted it and created a new cache. Now, whenever I try to make an appdata share, it just says "Share appdata was deleted". I get the same error if I make a cache only, or non-cached share, and no matter what name I use. When I go into my docker tab I get this Warning: parse_ini_file(/boot/config/docker.cfg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php on line 38 Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'UnexpectedValueException' with message 'RecursiveDirectoryIterator::__construct(/boot/config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user): failed to open dir: No such file or directory' in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php:62 Stack trace: #0 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php(62): RecursiveDirectoryIterator->__construct('/boot/config/pl...', 4096) #1 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php(91): DockerTemplates->listDir('/boot/config/pl...', 'xml') #2 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php(220): DockerTemplates->getTemplates('all') #3 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php(329): DockerTemplates->getTemplateValue('linuxserver/cou...', 'Registry') #4 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/include/DefaultPageLayout.php(300) : eval()'d code(70): DockerTemplates->getAllInfo() #5 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/include/DefaultPage in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php on line 62 I get this error on the "apps" page; Warning: parse_ini_file(/boot/config/docker.cfg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php on line 38 Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'UnexpectedValueException' with message 'RecursiveDirectoryIterator::__construct(/boot/config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user): failed to open dir: No such file or directory' in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php:62 Stack trace: #0 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php(62): RecursiveDirectoryIterator->__construct('/boot/config/pl...', 4096) #1 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php(91): DockerTemplates->listDir('/boot/config/pl...', 'xml') #2 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php(220): DockerTemplates->getTemplates('all') #3 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php(329): DockerTemplates->getTemplateValue('linuxserver/cou...', 'Registry') #4 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/community.applications/include/exec.php(51): DockerTemplates->getAllInfo() #5 /usr/local/src/wrap_post.php(17): include('/usr/local/emht...') #6 {main in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php on line 62 When I browse to \\HM-UR\Flash I can see the share but it's empty. Infact all of my shares show empty, but I can see the files there if I browse to them from the web config, so I know my data is good. I ran a parity check before I made the change and it found no errors. I plugged the drive into my Windows machine and ran checkdisk on it. It found some errors, I could browse the files from Windows and open configs up, it all looked good. My "Dashboard" page is blank, too. I have attached my diagnostic report. Can anyone help, please? Seems my data is there, but I need some kind of config reset or something? Thank you. hm-ur-diagnostics-20160723-1607.zip
July 23, 20169 yr Basically your syslog is a nightmare. Every drive in the system is returning read errors, the flash drive dropped offline (which is why your seeing those errors along with probably the blank dashboard, etc) I would start by first posting the complete specs of the new machine, reseat all of the addon cars, and run memtest for a couple of passes just to rule out any memory errors.
July 23, 20169 yr Author Hi Squid, Thanks for your help. The specs are: Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H i5 6400 Enermax ENP500AST Tomahawk2 500W ATX PSU Kingston Technology HyperX FURY Black 32 GB Data: 4x WD Red 3TB, 1x 6TB WD Green, 1x 4TB Seagate Baracuda Parity: 1x 6TB WD Green Cache: Crucial M500 SSD I know the RAM is good, as it came out of the previous system, as with the HDD's. I will re-seat all the add-on cards now and report back.
July 23, 20169 yr Author 99% Sure I found the problem. My old VM that I used as my main PC kept trying to start, and it was pushing through devices from the old setup. I have disabled VM's, but where can I find the XML files so I can manually delete them to stop the VM from starting up/delete it? Thanks

(I don't currently have any VM's on my system) They're buried within a loopback image. I *believe* that they are in /var/lib/libvirt/...
July 23, 20169 yr Author I found it, mounted the IMG, removed my files, rebooted and I was good. What a weird problem, I'm quite proud of myself that I created such a weird issue for myself, as always I learned a lot
