Hello,

 

I have purchased 2 unRAID Basic keys. One key purchased on 7/16/16 invoice 20484 for my backup server and one on 4/2/16 invoice 18402 for my main server. Prior to being able to get the main server backed up the flash drive on the first main server died. I have reinstalled unRAID on a new flash drive and attempting to retrieve my data but am unable to do so due to the following error.

 

The registration key GUID does not match the USB Flash boot device GUID

 

I am in a time sensitive situation and need to retrieve this information. Can I please get this registration reset somehow?
