Is this harddisk really failing?

A harddisk in my server shows disabled and after inspection of the SMART report I see attribute 7 Seek Error rate FAILING NOW.

 

Please check the attached SMART report and advise me what to do. Replace it or try to rebuilt it on the same disk. The server is shutdown now.

 

The high temperature of 68C is from a long time ago when a fan on my CSE m35T failed.
