graywolf Posted July 30, 2016 Share Posted July 30, 2016 Followed directions at https://lime-technology.com/replace-key/ Sent e-mail 7/23/2016 - no response other than automated e-mail Sent follow up e-mail 7/28/2016 - no response other than automated e-mail Let me know if the following info is incorrect or what I need to do to get the replacement key Replacement Procedure (unRAID 5) Obtaining a replacement key for unRAID 5 is a manual process handled via email: Obtain a new quality USB flash device (see here for some recommendations). Restore a complete backup of your previous flash device to the new device or download and install unRAID Server OS 5, then boot up. Click on the ‘flash’ share on the webGui Main page. Select/copy/paste the Flash GUID displayed there and send an email requesting a replacement key to [email protected]. Please include in your email the GUID of your old USB Flash device for which the key is replacing. If you have any difficulties performing the key replacement process, please contact [email protected]. Quote Link to comment
