July 30, 20169 yr Is there any idea how long it typically takes to receive a key when a purchase is made? My trial key had come instantly, but my purchased key has not arrived after a couple hours. I'm stuck waiting to add more drives to my system to continue transferring over from my old server to new, so I'm essentially down until the key arrives. I got both the 'thank you' email AND the paypal receipt - but nothing else.

July 31, 20169 yr My unRAID Pro key email came even before the "ewebcart" confirmation receipt. Have you received 2 emails - an ewebcart email + unRAID license information email? Check spam etc.? That sounds like a technical glitch somewhere.
