I'm part of the insider preview with Microsoft and get SP1 early, patches, etc. The last one wasn't bad from what I can see but what's happening even on a 24" LCD  the fonts look like they are 8 pt. How are people getting around this? Scaling the whole OS will work but make things look all out of wack and just changing the 6 fonts you are allowed to change doesn't help at all. I can't imagine users with larger displays. I wonder what the heck they do or keep their eyes 1 inch from the screen to see anything.
