Randommuch2010 Posted August 2, 2016 Share Posted August 2, 2016 Hi guys, I've recently scored a PSS Pro 600VA UPS. I've already had a look on here and I'm getting a bit lost. It can see the UPS, but not loading the load, charge levels and such. Any suggestions? Settings: Start APC UPS daemon - Yes UPS Cable - USB Custom UPS cable - blank UPS Cable - USB Device - blank Battery level to initiate shutdown - 10% Runtime left to initiate shutdown - 10 minutes Time on battery before shutdown - 0 seconds Turn off UPS after shutdown - no Quote Link to comment
wgstarks Posted August 2, 2016 Share Posted August 2, 2016 Are you sure that APCUPSD supports PSS? You might find something in the APCUPSD groups database or through their email support. Click the link for the manual in UPS Settings. Quote Link to comment

wgstarks Posted August 2, 2016 Share Posted August 2, 2016 Configuration is fairly straight forward, but you must have comms working between the ups and unraid or it really doesn't matter what you have configured. The apcupsd support forum may be able to help you with this. The manual has links to their support system. Just a suggestion in case no one here has any experience with your ups.
