I have noticed that my AMD FX-9370 Eight-Core is not scaling down. I have tried one of the scaling drivers (don't remember what one) but it didn't work.

    FWIW my AMD A6-6400K APU does scale between 1800 MHz and 3900 MHz in several steps. The acpi_cpufreq module is loaded automatically. I didn't need to change anything.
