Device Disabled, Doing a Data Rebuild --- Super Slow?

I've done a few searches and it looks like it could be a variety of things -- bad drives -- etc...

 

Yesterday, after a power outage, my disk2 was "disabled" and contents were emulated. I checked all the connections, SMART said it was okay, but no go on getting it back. I had faith the drive was okay (probably stupid) and started a rebuild on it. It's going inanely slow, 3TB of data will take 30 days to rebuild. I'm assuming this ins't normal.

 

Diagnostics attached if anyone wants to lend a hand.
