August 4, 20169 yr I purchased a new key today and noticed that I messed up the email address when I purchased it. I have emailed support, sales, and tomm but have not received any emails back. I want/need the key to move forward with the server build. Who should I contact to get this corrected? Thanks, Guy

This is addressed in the Products area of the forum: https://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=25975.0 In short, I have found LT to be very responsive and flexible. They are working on getting out 6.2 RC's to FINAL so I imagine it is feasible that your email might take some time to be addressed (as of course as you note, that mistakenly used a wrong email when you purchased). I would consider 3 business days a reasonable turn around time for an email response (not linked to the normal purchasing procedure). If time goes on without reply you might consider sending a polite IM to Jonp.
