August 5, 20169 yr Hey guys I bought this https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B000FBK3QK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I plugged usb from the back of it to my unraid server and enabled the UPS daemon It pulled the info from the UPS showed my model number all that jazz. I rebooted the server and now when I go to the ups tab it doesnt pull any info? I dont understand why. I plugged the server into the UPS and my desktop PC into it but the USB goes directly into the unraid box. Not exactly sure why it would read then all the sudden not? I am on 6.1.9
August 5, 20169 yr Author I did not change anything and went back to UPS settings and this showed... and then it went back to blank so not sure whats happening

August 5, 20169 yr Hmmm...is it plugged into a USB 3.0 port? Maybe try switching to a different port or a 2.0 port? All your settings look good.
August 6, 20169 yr Author nailed it, unbeknownst to me I was plugged into a 3.0 now all is well! How did you get the dark unraid look!?
