Move "Parity is already valid" checkbox

Move the "Parity is already valid" checkbox further away from the Start button when doing a new config, it's in the same position and looks like the "Yes I'm sure" checkbox and sometimes users (happened to me also) check it by mistake when doing a new config and don't notice that the initial parity sync is never done.

    3. Adjust your preference.
