[SOLVED] Preclear 3 times, then rebuild fails?

So ran preclear 3 times on a replacement drive (used).  Passed with no issues.  SMART is clean.  Put the drive in my system to be rebuilt.  Rebuild got a couple %'s into the process, then started tossing errors (see log in screenshot).  Any ideas why it would pass preclear, then fail like this?  Coincidence?

    Looks like a connection issue, check power and sata connections to drive.

    Checked the connections, they were all tight, but reseat them all and now it works.  Thanks!
