August 12, 20169 yr Hi , unraid server disk 3 is rebuilding the data, its going sooo slow (200k a second) (See image 1) Disk 2 is complaining about errors (its fine , its just CRC errors,going to replace sata cable) (see image 2 ) im looking to cancel the the rebuild shut it down change the sata cable on disk 2 power back on again. Question is will it rebuild again ?(happy it start from scratch, as long as it does it)
August 12, 20169 yr Community Expert You can cancel the rebuild, power down and start again. Those are not only CRC errors, as those are not reported on the unRAID main page, you're are getting read errors, but they can be related to the tremendous amount of CRC errors.
