Network Failure - Unable to reach external IPs

Hello all -

 

I'm having an unusual problem with the network and was hoping for some guidance.  This is on a fresh install of v6.1.9; the server is able to get an IP and computers on the local network are able to access it.  However, I cannot reach any external sites.  I tried assigning a DNS server of 8.8.8.8 but to no avail.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
