Running the latest beta build.

I have a H200 card flashed into LSI IT mode. Unraid doesn't see any disks. I spun up a windows VM and everything shows up fine so I know the card itself works etc. Any ideas I don't know where to start.

Attach zip, maybe someone can see something.

Looks like you are running unRAID on ESXi/VMWare.  That isn't officially supported.  I would try it bare metal and see if that works.  If it does then you have discovered a hardware/ESXi/unRAID incompatibility.  This idea comes from all the "VMware PCI Express Root Port"'s listed in "lspci.txt" in the "system" folder in your diagnostics.  Also in your syslog I see "Aug 16 18:22:24 Tower kernel: DMI: VMware, Inc. VMware Virtual Platform/440BX Desktop Reference Platform, BIOS 6.00 09/21/2015" which makes me think this might be ESXi 6.0.  You could try ESXi 5.x and see if you have better luck with unRAID 6.2rc3 or use unRAID 5.0.6/6.1.9 in your VM instead of 6.2rc3.  That might work when version 6.2 does not.
