64 bit nested VM

Hi, after some searching around the forums I figured out how to run vmware inside a windows 10 vm/kvm. However, it doesn't seem to work with 64 bit architecture. It says the host doesn't support vt-x. I'm guessing that's because the host is already passing it through to kvm, but is there any work around to this? Or is nested limited to 32 bit vms?
