New Build - migration from Openfiler to UnRAID it's done! syslog is good?

Featured Replies

I am very happy with my new UnRAID.

I just finished migration of all my data from my old Openfiler server and everything seems to be good. Parity is good and already checked.

I am posting here my syslog and would like to ask you guys to take a look into it and see if I am really safe to delete the data from my old server.

I will make a post in the hardware section with more details about my setup but for now to be quick:

MOBO: Foxconn G31MXP-K | Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813186167

4GB of RAM

Rosewill RSV-S8 storage enclosure system that's include a PCIe card base on Sil3132R5

8 disks Seagate disks connected into the RSV-S8 + 1 Seagate connected into MOBO internal SATA used as parity disk (9 disks in total)

Beside of that hard drive firmware issued noticed by RobJ in this post http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=5005.0 there is anything else that I should be worried about it? Can I safely remove the data from my old server?

A happy UnRAID user, :)

Just a quick look but your new system looks much happier now, no serious problems noted.  You have had small issues since, but appear to be working them out.  As you have probably noted, User Shares do expose duplication, and clutter the syslog up reporting it, but that is just an organizational issue.  And as you also probably noted, the User Share system likes clean root folders.
