Change "Registered To"?

Featured Replies

Is it possible to change the name under "Registered To". I have unRAID PRO 4.5, but the name is wrong. They used the name on the credit card used to purchase, not the name I had it shipped to.

Not a huge deal, but i'd like to change it if there is a easy way to do so.

Send an e-mail to Lime-technology.  Only they can do it.  The name is encoded in your ".key" file.  (They'll probably send you a replacement .key file)

Thanks, going to send them an email.

I'm also interested in this.  I split a 2 key Pro pack with a friend, and his name is on both keys.  Do I need to have him email Tom?

You could probably argue that his name should be on both keys as they are both his, yours being one he resold second hand.

Almost certainly Tom will sort you out though but people shouldn't take this kind of trade for granted since Tom would be perfectly within his rights to not support your key.

He wont though :)

Agreed.

My key is actually in another persons name; having split the cost with a friend.  Kind of annoying but frankly I could care less.  I guess if the flash drive dies it could get more complicated, but again, not all that miffed if I really have to buy another key for the new drive...
