Old post, and I am currently looking for a 15 bay rack mount case, seems tough to find these days. A nice cheap one I had my eyes on that would be perfect for me would have been the:

However it's discontinued. 
Still using 12 drives but would like to have expandability to 15, and must be rackmount.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
