August 27, 20169 yr When I check /mnt/cache it shows 600gb in my one directory that should have been moved to other drives however when I run /usr/local/sbin/mover it immediately states it is finished running. This is for 6.2 RC4 Logs show no text output other than "mover finished" The "Cache" option had been turned off. Fixing the settings in the share worked

December 5, 20169 yr Having the same issue.....did you ever find out what the issue was? Also here is the log file. Need help. To fix your issue, disable libvirt and docker in the settings tab and then run mover then re-enable them
December 6, 20169 yr I have disabled Docker but I am not sure that I know how to disable libvirt as I do not use VMs. I am sorry I am a bit of n00b. Can you tell mere where I can disable libvirt?
December 6, 20169 yr Squid, I did as you suggested...I disabled docker and disabled VMs (this was the only setting that I could find that may be associated with disable libvirt) I started mover....and nothing. I restarted the entire array....then tried mover. Nothing. I can see the files that are sitting on the cache but because it is sitting in a directory named the same as a folder on the cache. Not sure what I did or if I can get it working again. Please help! I am completely confused what to do next. Please be specific as to any advice. I am familiar with he UI of most of Unraid, but I don't use all capability.
December 6, 20169 yr Tim, please see Need help? Read me first!, and attach the diagnostics zip. The syslog is not enough, doesn't show us your whole setup.

December 6, 20169 yr Rob, I have attached the diagnostic file as you requested. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Tim Your problem per your original syslog was that mover wasn't moving the docker.img file or the vm files. That appears to now be fixed since mover isn't complaining anymore. I would go to global share settings, toggle any setting and then appky. Do the same for those shares where you see the files on the cache drive, then run mover again
December 6, 20169 yr Squid and RobJ, I have done as you suggested. I want to thank you guys for the help....it seems to be moving now. Thank you thank you thank you....forever grateful. You guys are awesome!!!!
