GUI on console?

Featured Replies

I am running 6.2.0-rc4, with an AMD RX 480 with gpu passthrough.

My mobo ASUS Z10PE-D8, has an additional onboard VGA GPU, and this is where the console runs.

What I am wondering is, can I run a "GUI" on the console. The reason I want to do this, is that when I shut down the Windows VM, I really would like having to avoid going to the next room to start a new VM through the Web interface.

You have to boot unraid with the gui option

great, but how do I do that???

Select it from the boot menu.

Or set the default boot option:

Main - Boot Device - Flash - Syslinux Configuration

Sorry, but I am new at this.

Where do I find the boot menu?

Is this in the console?

Is there a command I type after I log in in the console?

The boot menu appears on your screen before unRAID boots up.
