Dependencies not working

I ran into a problem with one of my plugins where it would not start. Got the no pid created. I ran the new permissions and still did not work. Now not only do I get No PID created but I get "Dependencies not working" on several of them in the different plugins. See attached photo. I deleted the plugins and reinstalled and same issue. Any suggestions.

    You should switch to using a Docker container for your applications, especially for download programs like SabNZBD, NZBGet, Transmission, uTorrent, etc.

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
