September 7, 20169 yr Please help. After a hard reboot my 1st cahce drive is now unmountable. I have a 2nd cache drive in the pool. Any way of getting my drive to mount? I ordered 2, 250gb SSDs to replace my spinners I really just want to be able to recover my data if possible. tia Steve tower-diagnostics-20160906-2013.zip
September 7, 20169 yr Try physically disconnecting each of the cache drives in turn and see if either one will mount by itself. Don't change any settings, just shut down, disconnect one of the drives, start back up and check.
